Product Description
The Hydro Hip provides resistance training to build powerful hip rotation. It consists of a belt and two small fins that protrude from each hip, intended to be worn around the swimmer's waist. Training with the Hydro Hip builds rotational muscles for a quick and powerful hip rotation that naturally increases efficiency and speed. Optimum results occur once the Hydro Hip is removed and the force of resistance is eliminated.
