Trainer II is enhanced with 25% swiffer fiberglass blade intended for stronger and more advanced swimmers. Training with a Monofin benefits all swimming strokes by improving streamline, body alignment, dolphin kick technique and overall efficiency. The Trainer Monofin has a longer fiberglass blade for development of proper streaming and dolphin kick motion.
