We also accept orders by phone, fax and through the mail. To place an order by phone, for product information or to check availability, call us toll free at 1-800-231-0333. Our telephone sales department is open Monday thru Friday, 10:00 A.M.-5:30 P.M. and Saturday 10:00 A.M.-3:30 P.M. (CST). Internet specials apply only to orders places on our website and not to phone or fax orders.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours whenever possible: however, all deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise. Backorders will be shipped as soon as manufactures can supply. As a general rule all parcels will be shipped UPS Ground. Next day delivery, 2nd day delivery and 3rd day delivery are available on request at an additional cost. Please call for rates or to place orders that require special shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The prices shown are for packages shipped UPS Ground. Heavy or oversized items such as fins, medicine balls and pool equipment may have additional costs due to weight. The shipping fees shown do no apply for orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside the continental United States. Please call for rates. Backorders may be sent with a minimal shipping charge.
Orders sent within Texas are subject to 7.25% sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from original ship date. After this time, items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Returns/Exchanges must be sent back in their original store-bought condition with all original tags attached along with a copy of your sales receipt. Defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be replaced at no extra charge. Items with normal wear and tear (ie. Broken goggles straps, lycra degradation, etc.) are not considered defective. Once suits have been used, altered or laundered they can not be exchanged. Closeout and clearance items such as Grab Bag Suits are exchangeable for size only and are not returnable. When exchanging items, include reorder information and freight charges to cover additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Custom orders such as printed caps, parkas or any printed items can not be cancelled or returned once processed.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer, therefore, protect yourself against loss by sending items UPS or Insured Mail.
